We are a team of dedicated and professional massage therapists who are trained in various massage modalities to alleviate your stress related symptoms. Our team will also help you get in shape for your next weekend warrior adventure or to aid in recovery of your last such adventure.

All of our massage therapists are Professional members of the American Massage Therapy Association, and have been trained in accredited massage programs that meet and exceed the national standard for licensing, as well as the requirements for licensing within the State of Oregon.

Carol Ann Carnese Owner, Oregon LMT #12504 Carol Ann Carnese graduated from Ashmead College of Massage and has been a licensed massage therapist in Washington State for three years and Oregon for two years.  In that short time while running a successful practice on her own, she has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Oregon Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association as a Vice President.  This position has allowed Carol Ann to establish an incredible network of professionals within the massage community and the ability to stay on top of the latest methods of treatment available. Being in the medical field for over 12 years and working with a physical therapist for five of those years has given Carol Ann an edge in therapeutic bodywork.  Specializing in Structural Relief Therapy, she also excels in therapeutic Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy but uses a wide variety of modalities to accommodate each clients’ individual needs. David DeRosia Oregon LMT #16541 David DeRosia is an LMT with over four years of experience as a Massage Practitioner in Washington State.  Having over eight years of experience working closely with physical, occupational and speech therapists in sub acute settings, David brings a fresh new perspective towards total body health and well being as well as an enthusiasm and appreciation for massage therapy and the alternative healing arts.  Prior to his licensure in Oregon, David has taken continuing education classes in Lymphatic Massage, myofacial release and Structural Relief Therapy.  David continues his love of massage and thirst for knowledge by staying up to date on the latest research and/or techniques so he may treat your body as a “whole” and not as a “body part”.  He looks forward to the challenge each and every person presents to him and dedicates himself wholly to each individual and looks forward to meeting you.
