"Several years ago I injured a shoulder in a snow mobile accident.  A medical doctor prescribed physical therapy to restore mobility that was lost.  This worked for a while but the stiffness returned again.  I talked to Carol Ann about the issue one day and she told me that she might be able to help me.  I was somewhat skeptical because I thought that massage therapists just gave massages to relax muscles.

To make a long story short, I scheduled an appointment with Carol Ann to see what she could do.  She told me that would apply pressure to some parts of my shoulder and to tell her when I could not stand the pressure any longer.  At one point I thought I was going to die but then the muscles started to loosen up and move again.  It has been a year since that appointment and I still have total mobility in my shoulder thanks to Carol Ann. 

On another occasion I had a pulled groin muscle and she worked on it much the same way that she did my shoulder and again with great success.

In summary, I will never look at massage therapy again as just a back rub.  I have learned that there are many techniques and methods in her line of work and what is used depends on what it is that you want to feel better.  I highly recommend Carol Ann if you have any massage type needs."
